Welsh Springer Spaniel

The Welsh Springer Spaniel dog breed was developed as a gundog to flush, or spring, game in the field. A faithful companion, they’re a favorite of discriminating hunters and families.

Although they’re purebred dogs, you may find Welsh Springer Spaniels in shelters or in the care of rescue groups. If this is the breed for you, opt to adopt if possible!
