Q1. How to Sign In?

A1. Click on the ‘Sign In’ option on the homepage (PetSouk: Pet Store Online | Pet Products Online | Pet Shop Online), login with your credentials or Use Sign Up option. Enter your details, enter the email and SMS OTP and you are ready! For Seller Hub Sign In/ Sign UP use (Petsouk - Seller Hub Panel)

Q2. How to update your profile?

A2. Visit your profile after Sign In and update your personal details like addresses, profile picture, contact details change/update, etc. (PetSouk: Pet Store Online | Pet Products Online | Pet Shop Online) for Customer and (Petsouk - Seller Hub Panel) for Sellers.

Sellers will need the following information to register:

  • Your business details
  • Your contact details - email and phone number
  • Basic information about your business
  • Tax Registration Details (PAN and GST). GST Details are mandatory if you are listing taxable goods and need to be provided at the time of registration

Q3. How does Selling on Petsouk work?

A3. Selling on Petsouk.in is very easy. First you list the products (No listing Fee charged) that you want to sell on Petsouk.in marketplace. Customer sees your product and makes a purchase. You will receive a notification to ship the product. You deliver the product to the customer and confirm shipment. Petsouk will deposit the funds into your bank account after deducting our fees as per our standard payment cycle.

Q4. How to start uploading the products and how to maintain stocks?

A4. Go to Petsouk - Seller Hub Panel (Seller Hub>Products>Add Product). You can also bulk upload your products by downloading the template provided on the same page, fill up and upload. After your product is approved,       Add more details        Create Variants        Add Stock. Keep updating your stocks for your Variants from this page or from the Dashboard (Petsouk - Seller Hub Panel)

Q5. I do not have pictures for my products?

A5. Petsouk offers empaneled Photography Service Providers, which are trained & audited as per Petsouk Portal’s requirements at very competitive rates. These service providers are merely facilitated by Petsouk and we do not charge our Sellers. All payments are as per approved Best Rates and directly paid to the service provider by the seller.

Q6. Can I use my own photographer or pictures?

A6. Though we encourage you to seek our service providers’ services, as they understand the portal’s requirement well, provide best results with Zero rejection rate guarantee and also possibly the cheapest option available in your geography. However, you are free to choose your own photographer/ photos as far as these meet Petsouk’s standard photo requirements.

Q7. Can I sell on Petsouk.in without having my own website?

A7. You don't need a website to start selling on Petsouk.in marketplace. Once you complete registration, you will have access to our Seller Hub platform using which you can list your products for sale on https://petsouk.in/vendor .

Q8. What are the charges for Selling on Petsouk.in?

A8. There is No Listing Fee on petsouk.in. You pay ONLY when you make a sale. Petsouk share is as per the proposal received by you from Petsouk sourcing team.

Q9. Can I cancel my account?

A9. You can stop selling at any time. If you have availed any paid Petsouk services, contact seller support from the bottom any Seller Hub page to get them removed or write to sellersupport@petsouk.in.

Q10. How and when do I get paid?

A10. You are eligible to get paid for the order within 7 days after the order is delivered. Petsouk ensures payment for your sales (minus the Petsouk share and shipment fees, if applicable) is deposited securely into your bank account every 7 days, including your Pay on Delivery orders.
